The Landscape of Needs Consultation gives you a clear sense of direction and scope, and many clients use it as a foundation before committing to Layered Design Development. The consultation fee is not credited toward later services, but the brief document carries forward.

Our primary service area is the Klang Valley — Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Subang Jaya, and surrounding areas. For projects further afield, travel costs and logistics are discussed upfront. We'll always be honest about what works practically.

We work with apartments, landed homes, and small commercial spaces. Our strongest experience is in residential — condominiums and terraced houses across KL — but we take on commercial projects selectively where the brief suits our approach.

As involved as you'd like to be. We build structured review checkpoints into each service so decisions are made at the right time, not constantly. Between those checkpoints, we handle the details.
